Plastering walls and ceilings
Plastering is an important stage in the process of renovating an apartment, which involves creating a smooth and even surface on walls and ceilings for subsequent finishing. There are several main plastering technologies, which we will discuss further:

Wet plastering
This technology involves using a ready-made plaster mix, which is applied to the surface of walls or ceilings with a trowel or a float. The mix is applied in layers until the desired thickness is achieved. Then the surface is levelled and treated with special tools to create a smooth finish. As a result, a high-quality surface is obtained, ready for subsequent finishing.
Dry plastering
This technology is based on using gypsum or cement boards, which are fixed to the surface of walls or ceilings. The boards are connected with a special solution, after which the surface is levelled and sanded. Then the surface is ready for further finishing.

Plastering with mesh
This technology is used to reinforce the surface before applying gypsum or cement plaster. First, a special metal or fiberglass mesh is glued to the surface of the wall or ceiling, which is then covered with plaster. The plaster hardens, forming a strong and even layer. When carrying out plastering work, it is important to choose the right technology depending on the specific conditions and requirements. It is also important to take into account the characteristics of the materials being worked with and to properly prepare the surface before applying plaster. This will help to achieve the best result and create a high-quality surface for subsequent finishing.
